 Responsible for all the site measurement & installation of Bedroom Wardrobes, Modular kitchens, aluminum doors & windows, Membrane doors, partition walls & aluminum louver panels
 Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
 Co-ordinate with all other foreman daily & update which area should be given priority
 Responsible for meeting agreed deadlines
 Works on defined tasks under limited supervision with some autonomy
 Demonstrate capability & experience in managing & performing projects in a fast paced Environment
 Support clients in room designs consisting of color, placement and Accessories along with floor plan
 Maintaining of site & documents for audits
 Place orders for Materials and oversee installing the design elements
 Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied

 Preparation of site plan by surveying the project land in pre start stage
 Marking of Boundary & Setbacks of building
 Arrangement of Labor crew as per the project requirements
 Preparation of Weekly & monthly Schedules according to the Master Schedule to Achieve
 Raising the Materials & other indents duly as per schedule and Upcoming activities
 Attending weekly / Monthly meeting & implement the companies requirements
 Execution of site works as per GFC Drawings / BOQ / specifications
 Preparation & verification of sub contractor / vendor / supplier bills
 Ensure the quality & safety in work
 Maintaining of site & documents for audits
 Preparation & maintaining of all day to day documents like daily labor report, daily progress report etc.

Complete responsible of the project from start to hand over to client
 Checking the quality of the materials used in the construction
 Study & Review the construction both architect and structural layouts
 Site layout / starter marking as per the construction drawings
 Labor allocation to each activities based on site progress and target
 Checking that all the technical equipments are in good working condition
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
 Coordinating with the other Staff as per Requirement
