I am responsible to provide guidance and assistance to other warehouse employees in carrying out the efficient and effective operation of the Warehouse.
* Request supplies, materials and equipment to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to meet the needs.
* Contacts suppliers regarding shortages and condition of materials and equipment received.
* Maintain an inventory control system for the Warehouse to ensure goods received, stored and shipped from the Warehouse are properly recorded and accounted for.
I am responsible to ensure that the product being received or sold is not in any way harmful or defective also to ensure there's nothing rotten, infected, or otherwise unhealthy in the food and that it is completely edible.
Also include measuring whether existing products meet a set quality standards, planning how often sampling will be performed, determining the standards by which quality will be judged and/or establishing how products and processes will be improved to meet quality standards.
I also arrange surveys coordinating with the Shipping line or the Suppliers.
Arrange Sorting of products and prepare wastage reports and approve the wastage.
I am responsible for all the unit’s MIS reports which are includes every department of the Company (Based on the customer’s requirement will prepare OTIF), Supply chain, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Labor control, and Delivery planning.
Responsible for daily stock report, managing staff timetable, monitoring their performance(Scorecards) and daily attendance report (with the help of time check software), handling entire plant complaints related to every corner of management, stock ordering and customer database activities.
Provide the business analysis reports to the management and preparing dash table for all the internal departments.
Data analysis of Operational Statistics to ensure optimal productivity and quality. Monthly analysis of business and reporting the same to Supply Chain Manager.
Coordinating with entire departments of the company.
Responsible for Inventory Controlling & Warehouse Assistances monthly cycle counting, monthly audit of accounts with displays of our inventory positions.
