Production Manager ( Ice cream Factory )
Ice cream formulation & Production on latest Plant.
To insure Quality & Hygienic Production.
To receive all kind of Electronics parts for every system.
* To make space and arrange the parts system wise.
* To issue parts against the requisition.
* To maintain computer inventory receiving & issuing of parts on daily basis.
*To check physical stock and match accordingly with computer inventory by weekly.
* To keep the fire extinguishers up to date, and give training to the labors about it.
To achieve sales Goals and Targets.
* Implement on sales policy and schemes as per company rules.
* Appoint new dealers and motivate them to sell given company products.
* To check market strategy and competitors schemes and sales policy on market
visit and give feedback to Manager, to ask the dealer's problem and solve it earlier.
*To get maximum market share of given product and control the recovery from market.
To achieve sales Goals and Target.
* Motivate the Dealers to sell given company Products.
*Implement on Sales policy and schemes as per company rules.
* Provide the computer aging report and check market activity on Dealer visit.
* Discus with Dealers about competitor's sales and schemes policy and report to
Manager.
* To ask about Dealers problem and solve it earlier.
* To get maximum market share of given product and control the recovery from
market and get previous delivery payment by cheque.
To achieve Sales Goals and Target.
* Motivate the dealers to sell given Company Products.
* Implement on Sales policy and schemes as per company rules.

Receiving of all appliances from seaport and factory by trucks as per bilty
& feed in computer.
* Distribution of appliances to all the dealers in city as per their delivery orders.
*Dispatch of Imported appliances out of city at company's ware houses.
*To maintain computer inventory on daily bases receiving & dispatches.
*Weekly physical checking of stocks and manage computer inventory.
*To make the space capacity and arrange appliances model & color wise.
*To make sure on the dispatch write the model & serial No. of appliances.
*To maintain fire extinguishers update and trained to every labor.
*To maintain trucks maintenance and cleaning of ware house.
• To built Confidence After sale service of users and customer care.
• Satisfy the customer on Telephone and visit at service center.
• To make sure warranty claim of customers.
• To look appliances faults and report to management.
• Distribution of Technicians in the whole city for Home service.
• Inspection of appliances work progress indoor service center.
• Look after account section and administration of staff.
• In deauty time provide customer units computerized status.
Responsibilities:
•To achieve all machine’s production targets.
•Inspection and control Hygiene & maintain Quality products.
•To look after Milk mixing plant.
•To check milk processing and maintain milk temperature.
• To control Harding cold room temperature and capacity.
• Making of color & flavoring of ice-cream in the Laboratory.
Refrigeration & Air-conditioning course with 1st Division from Pak-American Academy Karachi
