• Provides support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 Service requests linked to SAP security in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.

• Worked on Super User Privilege Management (SPM/EAM), assignment of FIR FIGHTER ID's to the user and changing the validity of ID request and generating log reports.
