• Coordinating with the Sales Team with all their requirements
• Dealing with Air/ Sea lines to negotiate the rates on daily basis
• Coordinating with the internal and overseas colleagues to process the shipment.
• Participating in monthly & yearly RFQ and following up with sales & customers.
• Preparation of weekly sales report, to be presented on weekly sales meeting
• Preparation of quotations for customers, both local & overseas & negotiating with them in order to get the nomination & proceed with the loading.
• Coordinating with operations Dept. with regards to the shipments & with Invoicing Team.
• Preparation of weekly report for all approved & declined quotations & update cost of freights for all Port of Destinations.
• Preparation of monthly & quarterly freight cost, analyze the rates fluctuations through comparison of past & present market.
• Filing of all the hard copy of quotations to customers, nomination letters, and quotations from shipping lines, co-loaders & overseas agents.
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
• Dealing with the customer face unit through monthly sales KPI.
• Following Sales discipline & Building relationship with internal and external stake holders.
• Daily Field sales activities in various markets and mapping customer’s logistics model.
• Selling customer’s information internally and designing solution.
• Actively running the show by proper sales handover, SOP, Implementation to cater professional services to all the customers.
• Meeting sales targets and reporting to sales manager on daily basis.
• Monthly performance review with the sales manager and setting up objectives to learn develop and grow the sales carrier.
• Handling customer face unit.
• Opening new accounts & maintaining existing customers.
• Verification and assessment of new connections.
• Providing pricing & delivery information to customers.
• Coordination and collaboration within internal departments.
• Handling customer queries & complaints.
• Support structure in providing proactive solutions upon challenges.
• Maintaining records of customer transaction.
• Follow-up on customer interactions.
• Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service.
• Conducting customer satisfaction survey for reducing potential problems.
• Coordinating & assisting in the billing process.
• Preparation of daily service report & reporting to team leader.
