Responsible for complete Accounting cycle of newly formed Affiliate (Meethaq Employment Agency) of Al Ghandi Auto, with the existing responsibilities of After Sales Accounts of Al Ghandi Auto
Maintaining general ledger for Workshop divisions which involves making Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Credit Vouchers and Debit Vouchers
Preparing Payroll comprising of about 500 no’s Staff’s
Payment of Staff Benefits (Incentives, Commissions etc)
Preparing Year end Schedules (Fixes Assets, Leave Salary, Air Fare, Gratuity
Preparing Month wise Management Reports which includes Sales, Cost of Sales, Income Statement with Complete Analysis
Reconciling Stocks, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables with respective Modules
Reconciling with Inter Branches Books
Assisting Accounts Manager in Special Projects
Supervising the Branch Accountants
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintaining general ledger for Workshop divisions which involves making Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Credit Vouchers and Debit Vouchers (45%)
Preparing Payroll comprising of about 200 no.s Staff (10%)
Payment of Staff Benefits (Incentives, Commissions etc) (5%)
Preparing Year end Schedules (Fixes Assets, Leave Salary, Air Fare, Gratuity (5%)
Preparing Month wise Management Reports which includes Sales, Cost of Sales, Income Statement with Complete Analysis (5%)
Reconciling Stocks, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables with respective Modules (5%)
Reconciling with Inter Branches Books (5%)
Assisting Accounts Manager in Special Projects (5%)
Supervising the Branch Accountants (5%)
As assigned by the Managers (10%)
