Responsible for complete Accounting cycle of newly formed Affiliate (Meethaq Employment Agency) of Al Ghandi Auto, with the existing responsibilities of After Sales Accounts of Al Ghandi Auto

 Maintaining general ledger for Workshop divisions which involves making Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Credit Vouchers and Debit Vouchers
 Preparing Payroll comprising of about 500 no’s Staff’s
 Payment of Staff Benefits (Incentives, Commissions etc)
 Preparing Year end Schedules (Fixes Assets, Leave Salary, Air Fare, Gratuity
 Preparing Month wise Management Reports which includes Sales, Cost of Sales, Income Statement with Complete Analysis
 Reconciling Stocks, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables with respective Modules
 Reconciling with Inter Branches Books
 Assisting Accounts Manager in Special Projects
 Supervising the Branch Accountants
