The job role is of senior implementation specialist, on Issuing platform.
I am responsible for different flavors of pre paid product which includes Single currency wallet, multi currency wallet, loyalty management, virtual cardless or card based product to personalization of EMV cards with or without issuer scripts.
Utilize my domain knowledge by working closely with Product Manager and Business Analyst to finalize the requirements and create Solution and Scope Documents.
With this i have worked on implementation of different VISA and Mastercard prepaid products.
Also since this is issuing platform i am also responsible for key management part and manage all security related part which include key generation, key exchange and key import, EMV Cryptogram management etc.
Beside product issuing the task include authorization transaction management which include certification cycle with Scheme.
Also with extensive knowledge of domain, i used to work with Business analysts to support in finalization of certain new developments.
Related to implementation part. responsibility includes planning part, giving the plan to multiple project manager as at times there could be more then single project running at a time. This includes managing task so that other teams interacting like QA and UAT stays unaffected.
Job Description:
• Ensure that team adheres to all Software Design and Development guidelines during design and development process.
• Suggests change & improvements in design of the product.
• Responsible to finalize Analyze & Design of new changes & enhancements in the product.
• Carries out frequent audits on Design issues; Publishing status of non-compliant areas and assisting team to work on those.
• Ensures Quality Levels are maintained in new enhancements in the product.
• Conducts appraisals and Midyear review.
• Promoted as a Assitant Technical Manager, for IRIS switch core team.
• My additional responsibility includes working closely with Project Management team to keep the development on track according to development dates.
• Representing technical team with customers meeting to discuss technical aspects of IRIS.
• Responsible to train new hiring for development and understanding of switching domain.
• Responsible for managing code and making sure proper documentation if followed.
• Worked with the team for making IRIS PADSS certified switch.
• All responsibilities that I was performing as senior software engineer stays as needed.
Development and bug fixing of banking switch,
working with ATM ndc, POS
Mobile Development, Symbian and iphone
have completed the course load only thesis is left.
