• Introduced new field visit reporting, follow up and monitoring format that strengthened the monitoring and reporting system.
• Developed an action plan based on the audit findings from donor side and completed the tasks as per action plan within timeframe.
• Introduced new format /template for performance appraisal / evaluation of staffs under project completed appraisal in time.
• Developed new format for CV Scoring and Shortlisting of candidates apply for different positions in the organization that reduced the workload of HR department.
• Wrote the annual report of the Cox’s Bazar project for the year 2022.

• Arrangement of audit of partners by an external auditor appointed by German Doctors itself which is the first time in Bangladesh. Previously auditors were engaged by partners (NGOs) themselves. My engagement included development of TOR, RFP, bidding process, communication and selection.
• In depth monitoring of a “Covid19 Response Project” implemented in Barisal and Mymensing districts of Bangladesh by “Caritas” an international NGO.
