Has broad knowledge on Inbound/Outbound moves (Personal effects, Diplomatic Cargo, and High value Items)
Handles DDU and DDP terms shipments
Build up good relation with various agents locally & internationally and deals for Origin and destination services for DOOR TO DOOR/PORT service and sending pre alerts as well
Preparing AWB, HAWB, formalities and other documentation for export
Experience in handling DG shipment and prepare DGR form as well
Dealings with Airlines for special freight rates and booking of shipments
Monitoring multiple shipments and reports on Daily and Weekly basis (Daily shipments, CASS, IATA, KUEHNE NAGEL, NASTECH, RICHEMONT, MEPC, US Embassy report)
Attending calls and exchanging emails to clients and agents
RATES COORDINATOR
Provide Origin/Destination rates for Air/Sea/Land and fill Tabular RFQ to customers worldwide
Provides quotation for diverse RFQ (Personal effects, General Cargo, Repair and Return, Exhibition, High Value, Contracts and even Dangerous goods rates)
Have Good relation with different and trusted Agents worldwide
Familiar in using (FIDI and Universal freight Organization)
Logistics, Sales, Strategic and project planning
•Fast learner and can work under minimum supervision
•Flexible and can work under pressure-can provide quality work in stressful situations, knows how to multi-task and prioritize certain tasks
•Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented-has keen attention to detail and utilizes certain skills and resources to come up with exceptional work
•Driving skills (Valid License)
