Air Cons and Electrical Machines
* Calculated Heat loads for various air-conditioned and ventilation according to the requirements
* Prepares SCOPE of work for each projects and plan accordingly to complete on time
* Ensure for ZERO Utility maintenance back log, do regular / periodic / preventive / corrective
maintenance and records data for HVAC units, Chillers, Air Compressors, Air Dryers
* Supervises and do periodic checks for maintenance of facilities and building
* Assist the maintenance activities in outsourcing cost-effective & commercial evaluations of contractors
/ suppliers for utility CAPEX projects
* Maintenance support to production line operations during breakdowns and rectify in less down time
* Conducted training on Machine Daily Maintenance - CLIC for Machine Operators
* Weekly meetings with managers and directors to report on project progress and new challenges
* Practices PPE, 5S, Housekeeping Audit / Assessment and apply GMP / GHP for safety & hygiene of the
plant
Experienced in handling the field and DCS operations and maintenance of Boiler & Turbo Generator
Boiler Design of M/s Harbin Electric International Company Ltd, China (Steam Flow - 2060TPH, Pressure - 175.8 Bar and Temperature - 541 ºC)
Turbine Design - Single reheat, 3 casing, 4 flow, tandem compound, regenerative, condensing type (Double back pressure)
Experience in handling 400kV SF6 breakers and isolator also in 11kV, 6.6kV & 415V HV & LV circuit isolation and normalization
Performed various tests on Instrument transformers (Polarity, Ratio checks, IR test and Stability test)
Handled PLC operation of Water Treatment Plant (DM RO Plant), ECP, AHP, Pneumatic actuators, Motor operated valves and plant emergencies during block out condition
Monitoring closely the critical parameters (control room and field) so that early action can be taken to avoid any shut down
Co - ordination with BTG maintenance & electrical team for clearance of defects and ensure smooth operation of equipment as per PTW
