Major Responsibilities
* Verify and authorize general accounting functions in computer based accounting software.
* Monitoring daily cash such as ( Petty cash, airline cash & sale cash ) and reconciliations are completed on a daily basis.
* Daily follow-ups with clients & suppliers.
* Analyzing ageing report for receivables, payables and related parties.
* Ensuring the monthly reconciliations with receivables, payables and related parties.
* Preparing cheques for payment.
* Preparation of Budget on Annual basis.
* Preparation of daily & monthly sales report.
* Preparation and presentation of Weekly and Monthly Financial reporting to General Manager and coordinate to address any comments.
* Monthly preparation of Income Statement.
* Preparation of Payroll.
* Various type of reconciliation such as ( Bank Reconciliation, credit card, IATA and Airlines )
* Assist the internal and external auditors and implement recommendations, if any, for
improving the system, and take corrective action wherever required.
* All kind of operations with bank, such as ( Guarantee, Tender bond, Loan facility cash & cheque deposit)
* Supervision of accounting team in order to ensure accurate accounts finalization, to check whether payments are made in accordance with credit limit and collections are made timely
* Ensuring quality of service to the clients and their satisfaction to the services provided.
* Maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
* Maintaining excellent relations with all customers.
