Performed Duties & Responsibilities as
A Civil Qa/Qc Engineer / Inspector:
➢ Draft QA/QC Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Site Procedure Manuals (SPM’s),
Internal Audit System by using (PDCA) cycle module within Current Working Organization.
➢ Administer the Company’s quality policy according to corporate standards ensuring compliance
with legal or corporate specifications and work towards maintaining a perfect balance between
contractual obligations and standard procedural constraints of projects requirement.
➢ Managed all quality assurance activities through PQP, ITP, RFI, CVI, WIR, MIR and NCR/SOR/DCM.
Consistently exceeded margin goals and client expectations throughout the tenure.
➢ Direct Quality Control program via ITP, WIR and MIR for project activities as of, Structural,
Architectural & Finishing Works.
➢ Assure ongoing compliance with Quality and industry Regulatory Requirements.
➢ Process material submittals, Method Statements and Subcontractor Approval Requests.
➢ Conduct contract reviews and implementation of method Statements of various contractors.
