Building Management System (BMS) activities: Controlling & monitoring of A/C throughout the building By Honeywell (EBI-R400.2) BMS software and Chillers (CHW pumps), cooling towers (CW/CT pumps), Heat exchangers, AHUs, FCUs, Transformers, and UPS & DG parameters etc. All kind of complaints logs registration and assignment of Related Technicians with cold/hot permits (PTW).
