Recruitment and Orientation
End to End International Recruitment India, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan & Central Asian Countries and local recruitment .
Recruiting, hiring, selection & mobilization of manpower as per company requirement.
Prepares all documents and correspondences related to recruitment & visa process.
Maintain manpower request and Updating of Visa status to ensure proper utilization of the same.
Tapping various sources like employment agencies-Recruitment agencies, newspaper ads, walk-ins, job fair, internal references, etc. for hiring right candidates.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, organizations and other recruitment sources. Maintain contact details of all internal and overseas agents. Regular follow-up.
Review and evaluate application/resume, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant.
Interviewing candidates via telephone call or Video Call independently for the junior roles as well as jointly with the Business heads for middle & senior level hiring.
Salary Negotiations
Roll out of the offer letter and on boarding process
Invoice submission and tracking till it paid
Generating Air Ticket and tracking visa stamping details
Managing orientation Programs; supervising the completion of joining formalities and ensuring that employees settle into their new roles.
Explain human resource policies and procedures to all the employees
Employee Relationship Management
Handling employees’ day to day queries, grievances and complaints related to joining, compensation, exit, med claim, Vacation-Leave etc. Providing professional & personal counseling to employees.
Lead Employee Communication Meetings (Open House, One to One Meeting). Employee Satisfaction Survey. Employee Engagement Survey
Managing overall Exit formalities; inclusive of conducting Exit Interviews of all Employees.
Overseeing Leaves, Attendance, permissions, Loans, Advances & Rewards
Monitoring the effective utilisation and retention of Manpower.
Managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, annual days, national safety day, sports and cultural events.
Coordinating with Safety Committee, Grievance Committee, Works Committee, Canteen Committee, Suggestion Committee, and Facilitating their Periodic meetings at regular intervals
Ensure the medical facility is provided to employee /worker on time
Ensure maintenance of Hygienic condition, Supply of wholesale drinking /Domestic water and Electricity and the availability of the Vehicle for smooth function of site on time
Issuing Relieving and Experience Certificates to employee and updating the same in employee database
Performance Management
Responsible for implementation and processing of Performance Appraisal process.
Determining the KRAs for all the Junior Level Management Employees.
Providing solutions on implementation issues faced by appraisers.
Handling employees with performance problems and performance counseling.
Industrial Relation & Time office
Workmen Screening
Maintenance of attendance fingerprint access control and manual systems.
Daily Manpower Report
Maintenance of All required registers - Fines / Advances /OT etc
Verification and certification of Manpower bills
Ensure timely Payment to workers
Coordination with site and also ensure the treatment of employee or worker in case of accident or Medical Aid
Training and Development
Making arrangements for induction and orientation programmes for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company culture and activities
Ascertaining specific training needs of employees based on skill matrix, gap analysis & accordingly arranging various training programs, leading from front for improving learning curve.
