• Monitor the daily activities of the QC inspectors and look into their highlights, RFIs, surveillance, and Log Book response in all disciplines to obtain the quality progress.
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) for the assigned Project as per Saudi Aramco standard procedure.
• Prepare and review the Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Inspection Checklist (IC) based on project requirements and standards for site implementation by considering hold and witness points, and obtaining its approval from Saudi Aramco Inspection Department.
• Maintain the Project quality records for Non-conformance, Surveillance, Proactive Notifications, Standard Violations, Requests for Inspection, and Material Receiving Reports.
• Review Quality Control Procedures for Major activities like Pressure & Leak tests, Welding, Coating, Asphalt paving, etc. prior to submitting to the Inspection department.
• Inspection of Batch plants and third-party testing laboratories, review their quality documents, and submit to Saudi Aramco for approval.
• Review all material-technical submittal before submitting to Saudi Aramco and make assure its compliance with the project specifications and applicable standards.
• Ensure that the non-conformity reports are checked, verified, and controlled.
• Coordinate and interfaced with the client regarding technical queries and site discrepancies, inspections, control activities, and quality attributes of the project.
• Coordinate with the construction manager/construction engineers for the corrective action required by the non-conformance so as not to delay the project activities.
• Coordinate with all inspectors if given two weeks look ahead have been followed and know the realization of the project activities.
• Prepares Quality Control Monthly and Weekly Quality Reports according to Schedule “Q” and Project Quality Plan.
• Review and familiarize project plans/drawings, project specifications, contract documents, and general instruction prior to project implementation.
• Represent the inspection department during the client quality meeting.

۩ Designing, Installation and Commissioning of Motor control panel (MCC) with Variable Frequency Drives.
۩ Sizing of MCC Panels, Power & Control cables, Circuit breakers, Fuses, Contactors, CT’s, CPT’’s, Isolating Switches, etc.
۩ Studying & Analyzing the Protection characteristics to make proper coordination between the protection devices.
۩ Selection of Devices like CB’s, Contactors, Control Relays, CT’s, Control Transformers, ELCBs, RCDs, RCBOs etc. to use in MC Panels.
۩ Calculate for the voltage drop to provide proper distance between MCC and Induction Motors.
۩ Reading and Review of electrical design and technical drawings.
۩ OFF load & ON load testing of Motor control panels before delivery to the customers and making test reports.
۩ Assists in directing the Electrical section and supervise the process of performing planning and designing with appropriate type of electrical system, electrical devices (e.g. circuit, wiring systems, electrical equipment and components)
۩ Installation and Commissioning of TOSHIBA make Variable Frequency Drives up to 300HP.
۩ Selection of Variable Frequency drives for the various types of Loads and applications.
۩ Programming and Synchronizing the VFDs with other control equipments like PLC, PID and other external controls.
۩ Installed control panels & VFD’s for different applications like ID/FD fans, packaging, printing, mixing, paper industries, Elevators etc.
۩ Travel nationally to provide service support to the customers.
۩ Troubleshooting and Repairing (Parts level) of any TOSHIBA make Variable Frequency Drives.
۩ Provide technical support, maintenance and fault diagnostic support to the technicians and customers.
۩ Looking for the safety and necessary precautions while installing the Control panel or individual VFD.
۩ Ensures quality service to the customers and dealing tactfully with complaints.
Bachelor of technology in Electrical & Electronics engineering
