Duties
• Managing a team of over 1, 000 personnel consisting of Cleaners; Office Boys, Drivers; Clerks etc. with 10 supervisors covering the geographical deployment.
• Managing an annual revenue stream of over AED 32 million per annum.
• Responding appropriately to client’s emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Responsible for the management of services and processes.
• Managing, scheduling and coordinating assigned services.
• Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value.
• Planning best allocation and utilization of resources as per requirement.

Key Skills and Competencies
• Able to survey the sites and identification of resources required.
• Ability to prepare Tender documents.
• Ability to design and cost bespoke services based on the client’s requirement.
• Experience of recruitment, induction and training of team.
• Control of a Facilities P&L with responsibility for managing budgets and costs.
• Selection and procurement for tools/machines and consumables for services.
• Keeping senior management informed of all changes in my areas of responsibility.

• Part of Dubai Quality Appreciation Award Team 2013.
• Launch of Fleet management solutions 2012.
• Part of steering committee for Implementation of HRMS. Mena-ITech 2011.
• Launch of ATM cleaning Team 2009.
