Responsible for complete selection, design & installation of electrical systems.
Preparing Shop drawings & technical load schedules.
Ensuring the work to done as per the project specifications, approved shop drawings & further to that by raising the I.R(Inspection request) getting the work done approved.
Raising RFI (Request for Information) in-order to solve the technical discrepancies l coordination issues at site.
Getting the materials approved by raising MIR (Material inspection request), ensuring that the materials to be used complying the project specification & consultant l client satisfaction.
Coordinating with the suppliers & procurement department in order to ensure the timely deliveries of materials.
Supervising the work at site as per the approved shop drawings.
Familiar with the water supply, drainage, fire fighting & HVAC systems.
Preparing the sie progress reports & analyzing the pending works to complete the project with in the baseline time.
Estimating the materials to be required on site and reparing the material demand for the same as per the project
specification / Vendor list.
Completed in two years of regular mode.
Completed in 4 years of regular mode.
