Quality & Production Management in Fish Industry:-
 Co-ordinate with Procurement department for the raw Material purchase.
 Prepare Daily production plan on the basis of available raw material and as per shipment requirement (Export as well as Local Market).
 Daily verification of production documents (Processing report, packing report, packing material issue report, rejection record, etc)
 Approve purchase order concerning plant operation.
 Purchase order confirmation of packing material.
 Co -ordinate with Maintenance department for routine maintenance in the plant.
 Follow up frozen shipment in co -ordination with Marketing Dept.
 Follow up fresh shipment in co-ordination with marketing department.
