•Job Description
1. Direct, manage and coordinate warehouse activities.
2. Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics.
3. Contribute to the development of the Logistics product and generate new business.
4 Maintain Stock Inventory in different designated areas.
5 Maintain Daily & weakly Transactions.
6 Maintain Supply Chain Demand with respect to purchase orders.
7 Implementation of Goods Receiving procedures and standards
under company Guidelines.
8 Maintain Daily Inventory reports and monitoring of Inventory.
9 Dealing with contract companies.
1 Perform quality control checks within the warehouse.
2 Communicate with others to ensure the smooth, effective and safe running of Warehouse operations.
3 Analyse business plans budgets and forecasts into in delivery volumes and store capacity requirements.
4 Ensure that the proper usage and maintenance is carried out for the logistics equipment in the store.
5 Manage daily Receiving according to P.O
6 Manage goods flow to designated areas.
7 Arrangement of vehicles as per demands.
8 Manage expire & damage items Returns to vendors.
9 Coordination with all concerned departments.
10 Manage weekly stocks to set reorder level.
11 Manage Physical Stock for proper inventory.
12 Monitor and record all concerned staff.
TO HANDLE DAILY OPERATION OF RECEIVINGS AND ISSUANCES ACCORDING TO ORDER PLAN.DAILY AUDIT AND FLOW OF MATERIAL GOT AND ISSUED .DAILY REPORT OF ISSUNCE AND RECIEVING. TO MAKE INVENTORY REPORTS ON WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BASIS.
TO MAKE ALL OTHER REPORTS ON REQUEST.
TO CO ORDINATE WITH THE PRODUCTION MANAGERS.
TO MAKE REPORTS OF CONSUMPTIONS.
TO HANDLE ALL THE PRODUCT ACCORDING TO SHIPMENT NOTICE.
