• Track existing quantities of products in the warehouse and place the orders to vendors.
• Receiving and organizing goods in labels as per packing lists.
• Dispatching goods to various branches as per requests and providing delivery and dispatching notes.
• Coordinate in various branches for transportation of goods in a timely and safe manner.
• Prepare and Update inventory reports weekly basis to report management.
• Control and manage warehouse storage space as per receiving and dispatching.
• Coordinate and arrange equipment services to manage goods within the warehouse.

• Managing and arranging the daily warehouse workers, and lifting equipment.
• Ensuring all goods/materials are delivered in a good condition with proper packing & as per the required documents/design through received shipments.
• Maintains and manages delivery schedule.

• Receive invoices from suppliers and forward them to the commercial department and keeps record.
• Work within a busy office environment, giving administrative and documentation support to technical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
• Ensuring all goods/materials are delivered in a good condition with proper packing & as per the required documents/design through received shipments
