ROLE IN BETTER HOMES L.L.C : Property Supervisor

JOB PROFILE:-

• Fully managing over 400 mixed properties (High rise building, residential apartment and villas, Retail shops, Warehouses, labour camps)
• Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord by ensuring that all units carry as high occupancy rate as possible.
• Overseeing and Supervision of all properties maintenance.
• Develop and maintain an effective, long term, working relationship with Clients.
• Providing comparable market analysis and advising landlords on all aspects of their properties, including market conditions, and expected rentals.
• Marketing and promotion of properties using various means including the internet, newspaper, company brochures and by working with relocation agents.
• Lease negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements for new leases and renewals.
• Ensuring, as far as possible, that tenants’ complaints and concerns are attended speedily and satisfactorily.
• Ensuring that all relevant information is entered into Master Key, YARDI, and Oracle software (ERP) program in an accurate and timely manner, and that all renewal dates and maintenance issues are not only regularly monitored but followed up as necessary to ensure resolution.

ROLE IN NLRE : Property Administrator

JOB PROFILE:-

• Drawing of lease documentation for all NLRE managed properties and capturing lease data on YARDI and EJARI.
• Conduct regular self-audits to validate information.
• Develop and maintain strong broker, tenants and management relationships to maximize lease admin effectiveness.
• Advice management on all outstanding deposits, payments, bounced cheques that they need to manage through the legal process.
• Deal with the tenant queries and disputes and ensure the resolution thereof.
• Certified in Ejari(RERA), Yardi voyager and real estate brokers

ROLES IN HSBC : Payments Investigator - Australia Payments Team

JOB PROFILE:-

• Managing financial data pertaining to multi - currency payments and providing overall support for all queries from worldwide banks and financial organizations.
• Extensively involved in investigation of payments made and received by HSBC bank
Australia.
• Dealing with queries received through swift messages and emails from various banks and customers for inward and outward payments.
• Handling Sydney payments generic mail box to resolve queries promptly.
• Managing customer relationship within the set framework of procedures and compliance regulations and meeting customer needs across all channels.
• Have been a referral point to resolve queries of the colleagues from within the team
