• Process outgoing payments as per defined policies
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Allocate all expenses as per their cost centers.
• General Ledgers, Journal Entry, Bank Reconciliation
• Management Accounts, Cash Flow on Branch level
• Monthly Financials
• Assets Management
• Preparation of VAT report
