Provide IT consultancy and services to individuals, companies on infrastructure, Microsoft Platform, Networking.
• Install and Maintain Servers
• Administer Network (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Monitor server status, remaining available space and monitor user activity
• Create user account and exchange mail in Active directory
• Assign user permission on shared folder according to the requirement

• Configured Wireless in Warehouse to handle inventory through hand held devices Symbol MC3090
• Established secure wireless connectivity between HO and Warehouse using DWL-3200AP D-Link Access Points and Unidirectional Antenna ANT24-1400
• Managed all system related issues in Head Office, Warehouse as well as 14 showrooms in Remote Locations with 5 IT staffs.
• Setup and Maintain Network (LAN, WAN and Terminal Services)
• Having In depth knowledge of ERP Microsoft Retail Management Systems, Involved in implementing ERP Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Define and Monitor Backup procedures of E-Mail, Databases and all data.

• Install Networks and Administer, Trouble-shoot and Maintain Microsoft Network and Novel Netware, upgrading of existing systems

• Give IT oriented suggestions to the Director and amend the developments
• Develop software and upgrade existing software whenever needed, Producing sophisticated reports as per requirement
• Feed Stock-take information into the system and analyze the final deviation, fully involved in sale and promotion preparation, Handling inventory movements such as transfer of items from warehouse to showroom and vice versa
• Trouble-shoot in Software and Hardware, Install and configure required packages, well versed in administration of network, Involving in setting up a new system with suitable configuration and upgrading existing systems up to the requirement
Developing Software and upgrading existing ones, trouble-shooting and maintaining Novel Netware, purchasing systems and upgrading existing ones, monitoring inventory from manufacturing through delivery of the goods, giving IT oriented suggestions to the Director and amending the developments.
Developing Programme, giving training to the staffs in using the program, involving in company's day-to-day IT oriented developments.
