Plans, direct, oversee and inspect the general operation, maintenance and repair of all Engineering equipment, installations and systems, through services contractors and the in-house Engineering and maintenance staff ensuring the technical upkeep of the Centaurus Complex in accordance to the international standards and strategy planned by Sardar Group.

Developed policies, procedures, standards and performance measures related to Facility Management operations in alignment with the regulatory requirements/ standards.

An under-construction tertiary care referral hospital with first 100 beds inaugurated in December 2017. Hospital will eventually be a facility with 800 beds inclusive of 100 bed ER, 100 bed ICU, 100 beds outpatient dialysis facility and 500-bed in-patient facility with 20 Operating rooms & 10 same day surgery suites. Some of my responsibilities were:
* Assisted Project Director in monitoring of construction activities of MEP ensuring quality and timely completion of contracted work.

Focal person for planning, design development and coordination of new construction / renovation projects and new equipment selection & installation in the hospital.
