- Preparation of Financial Statements up to finalization of accounts as per GAAP and IFRS.

- Variance Analysis to achieve budget from post year Financial Statements’ to current statement and budget for the year to review changes takes place in order to achieve annual target.
- Controlling cost ideas where deem to be necessary while enhancing profit on other hands.
- Coordinating with other departments to analyse changes takes place in the organization.
- Reporting to General Manager.
- Reporting to Managing Director for the above mentioned companies.
- Financial Statements Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
- Financial position monthly and reviewing as per GAAP for Going Concern and variances.
- Cash flow statements and the exposure of cash accounts anticipating the volume of budgeted work accomplishments.
- Statement of Changes in Equity and maintenance of companies’ equity and assets and coordinating with the Management to educate with the life of an asset and utilization of equity with proper understanding.
- Tax filing return quarterly in accordance with the net profit and taxable income for Sri Lanka Inland Revenue.
- VAT and NBT clearance account for the amount of sales and parallel return on VAT claims.
- Payroll, EPF/ ETF Accounts, PAYE Accounts to maintain the clear account of employees spanning both parties Companies as well as Labor Department of Sri Lanka.
- Creditors/ Debtors Control Account to maintain good and long term relationships with both vendor as well as customers and managing same.
- Budget Report for the new and existed business.
- Operational/ Business Proposals to invite investors for the new business opportunities, their costs and profit margins.
- Management Reports to simplify the accounts in order to make the Managing Director and Management to understand the complex accounts in simple form.
- Variance Analysis Monthly/ Quarterly to inspect and differentiate the profit in order to take prior actions.
- Process Costing to recognize the forecasted profit eliminating the natural loss.
- Activity Based Costing and implementation of Activity Based Management up to the extent in order to recognized the profit based on its real cost on particular job
- Product costing to evaluate the cost of each product for us to allocate profit margin on each product
