Roles and Responsibilities
 Handling 86 user’s team. (East, West, North, South, Central)
 Implement ERP system and act as a Project Manager during the implementation period.
 Install & configure SSLVPN (SonicWall NetExtender) Assign server id, Unique User id’s, Pass and Domain. Make sure all the users are connected during working hours.
 Monitor & troubleshoot SSLVPN connectivity appliance.
 Define unaccustomed users to the ERP system with appropriate authorities.
 Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application
 Create, remove, update, Modify user account information, etc.
 Upload/Update customer master data, Pricing, SLI, STO, SR, TD Transactions etc.
 Assess program modifications, SQL query writing, and new program and module development requests of the end users and execute the analysis and programming activities.
 Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with HHD and computer systems.
 Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
 Applying operating system updates, patches, etc.
 Install and maintain GARMIN Navigation Application to collect Customer data (Coordinates) to update Master data.
 Install SOTI MobiControl in Handheld Devices to remote access to troubleshoot issues.
 Troubleshoot MOTOROLA HH device errors on Wi-Fi or 3g from SOTI MobiControl Web Application.
 Troubleshoot printer’s paring issues
 Importing and exporting of data as required to synchronize back-end users.
 Ensures that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
SAP Roles and Responsibilities
 Implement SAP Lumira to prepare Dashboard visualization reports MTD-YTD.
 Create Capex, PO & GRN according to business needs.
 VAT Implementation. Integration with SAP ECC and SFO Application.
 Integration Van sales SFO with SAP S4 Hana.
 Support SD Module function roles (Create SO, PO, Customer creation, Outbound Delivery, PGI postings includes day to day functional support with respect to Van Sales
 Creation of Master Data.
 Reconciliation of Sales/Stocks of ERP SAP and SFO Application during month end closing.
