Quality Assurance: Preparation & implementation of Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2008. Process measurement, Corrective & Preventive actions & To develop, monitor, revise and improve processes. Maintaining competent System & Internal audit function. Guiding to set realistic objectives, Scrutinizing reports and deviations.
Quality Control: Material / Work Inspection for compliance, Testing & commissioning of MEP services, Follow-up of client comments / NCR Preparation of quality reports, Organization and preparation of O&M manual / spare part list, Monitor calibration records
Responsibilities: Review of Project Specifications, Finalization of Quality documents / Material / Shop drawing logs with the Program Manager/ Consultants.
Establishing the Project Quality Assurance Plan for the Project and Ensuring the Project Specific Requirements, ISO9001:2000 standards requirements are fulfilled
Preparation of quality document such as Method statement, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Control Procedures, O&M Manuals, QAQC Report etc.,
Material Inspection to ensure its compliance with specification & material submittals.
Ensuring the works in accordance with specifications, method statements & shop drawings.
Initial, Inprogress and Final Inspections of all MEP installations.
To review, log, retain and submit to the consultant all quality documents.
Organizing inspections with the consultant.
Follow-up of consultant comments / NCR / Site observations etc.,
To ensure that effective corrective actions have been taken for the non-conformity and NCR’s have been closed and logged.
Organizing Training.
Controlling calibration Records.
Monitoring involved manufacturers & supplier process / products closely to ensure compliance with the project relevant quality requirements.
Completing all necessary documentation for final handing over.
Internal Auditing (IQA) of all Departments for Compliance to QMS, Project specific Requirements / standards.
Reviewed scope of works, Performed enabling works, Prepared shop drawings, Performed material submittal, Procurement of materials, Activity planning and execution. Executed installation of above and below ground drainage pipes, concealed pipes, erection of variuos pumps, fans, cooloers, A/C units etc., overall supervision of field works, conducting required tests, reviewing Day activities and Subcontractor works, Getting approval from local authorities, Reporting to Project manager. Achieving milestone activities, etc.,
Achievements
1. Developed and implemented Quality Management System.
2. Obtained ISO 9001: 2000 certification for the above QMS.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Certificate for internal QMS Auditor NDT Level II certificate for PT,MT and RT
