• Lead a team of 18 personnel and manages the responsibilities like training them, supervise their work and evaluation.
• Handles the documents, reports, financial papers and budget as per the requirements.
• Prepare, monitored and coordinated the budgets, schedules and expenditure of operations.
• Conducting Internal Audits at site Stores in accordance with Corporate Standards, Methods & Procedures.
• Utilize computer systems for the monitoring inventory by gathering and inputting the data.
• To properly manage Ordering, receiving, inspection, stacking, issuance & timely dispatching activities are performed according to defined procedures.
• To manage effectively disposal process of Scrap Sale and generate maximum revenue.
• To monitor all returnable gate passes related activities
• To define and refine minimum & maximum stock levels, coordination with concerned department
• To ensure correct recording of Inventory in Software to have an accurate stock status at any time.
• To monitor & present the monthly status of quantity and value of Inventory in MRM (Management Review Meeting).
• To ensure appropriate safety and housekeeping standards in respective areas.
• To ensure cycle count of general store inventory for maintaining preferred inventory accuracy level.
• To coordinate with various departments such as production, supply chain, IT, Engineering, Technical etc. for smooth running of respective area operations
• Training and gainful deployment of the Stores staff.
• Lead a team of 8 personnel and manages the responsibilities like training them, supervise their work and evaluation.
• Co-Ordinate with Different Regional Sale Manager for Getting Delivery Order of Finish Goods.
• Responsible to carry out monthly physical audit of store stock by 80:20 Formula Basis or selective items.
• Responsible for Creating Slow Moving and dead inventory item/product list and coordinate with Regional Manager for their Order.
• Randomly Checking Bin Cards with compare to computer stock
• To ensure appropriate safety and housekeeping standards in respective areas.
• Training and development of subordinates.
• Lead a team of 6 personnel and manages the responsibilities like training them, supervise their work and evaluation.
• Responsable to Manage Inventory of All Raw Material as per Monthly Production Schedule, Spare Parts for Machinery & Equipments
• Responsible for Creating Slow Moving and dead inventory item list.
• Randomly Checking Bin Cards / Ledgers with compare to computer stock
• Responsible to carry out monthly physical audit of store stock by 80:20 Formula Basis or selective items.
• Generation of monthly requirement report of import parts, local vandorised parts, factory made parts with monitoring & revision of the weekly status.
• Monitoring the status of inventory levels & Safety Stock
• Monitor, in time issue of raw-material at production shops on daily basis as per their capacity.
• Randomly Checking Bin Cards with compare to computer stock
• Co-Ordination with different Stations (R.Pindi, Lahore, Quetta and Karachi) for requirement of Raw material.
• Transfer / Shifting of Inventory and non Inventory items from one station to another station.
• Analyzing all stations consumption with different aspects.
• Making All Stations Comparative Consumption Reports.
• Making All Stations Comparative Regular / Irregular wastage of Materials Report With Valuation.
• Handling New Item of Store as inventory / non inventory (Item Code Designing, Minimum, and Maximum Level Define).
• Dead Item /Stock Handling.
• Verify report of MRF, JO, PR, CSTs.
• All miscellaneous work of Materials Managements Division.
