Preparing monthly Interim Payment certificate. (Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing section), Lighting, Small power, Cable tray, Raceway, Trunk, lighting control system, low current system, MATV, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, GRMS Automation, Public Address, WIFI System, Security System, Data & telephone System, BMS, Chilled water system, Heating ventilation system, Drainage system, water supply system.
Prepare the Interim Payment Certificates for Contracts, WOs, POs, PSAs, etc. with all needed supporting documents.
Preparing Subcontract packages.
Preparation of all Monthly reports as per company procedures.
Maintain the copies of BGs, insurance policies, JMRs, certified bills with supporting documents, etc. in the respective shared folders
Preparing Variation Orders, Change orders.
Reviews purchase requests/purchase orders to verify quantities, prices, payments T&C, and GL cost accounting.
Plans, coordinates, and assists in amending projects budget to reflect revenue alterations by fall or raise (variation orders, additional works, reductions).
Assisting in Procurement .
Develops monthly reports on projects progress status, billing position (under/over billed amounts), work in progress adjustments if required.
Assists in generating realistic cash flow projections which allow the company to realize its financial health, cash position, solvency, and any deficits may be expected in its projects.
Controls and analyzes of projects expenses against the approved budget costs and identifies any deviations thereof.
Complying with the Contract agreement on terms such as payment against material on site, percentage of retention, advance payment, recovery of advance payment.
Evaluation of Work in Progress and Work done as per MIR & WIR.
Taking quantity of MEP works for pricing for Tender/Projects
Able to technically review drawings and specification and identify variations and missing
Items /discrepancies from BOQ and Drawing
Quantity extract form AutoCAD drawings.
Preparation of Variation statements and change orders
Preparing cost to complete project file.
Review & analyze the requirement of Non Tender items proposed vide Indents by Projects team. Inform the person raised the Indent and the respective contractor about the non-applicability of NT items along with details (as applicable).
Collect the No Objection Certificate, reconciliation statements, taking over certificate from the vendors, contractors, etc.
Collect final bill, check list from projects team for Final Payment Certificate
Collect all the contractual requirements for bill certifications like test certificates, warranty, guarantees, etc. and sharing them with respective stake holders
Collect the No Objection Certificate, Performance Certificate, etc., from the vendors, contractors, etc
Collect NOC from projects team for release of retentions
• Preparation of Pre tender estimate for MEP Service packages using preliminary, quick and detailed methods
• Tender floating for the Service packages like HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire fighting etc.
• Evaluation of tender submissions
• Price the tenders, arrange the subcontract packages, Subcontract evaluation statements, taking off etc.
• Preparing & finalizing BOQ, contract agreements, and negotiation with construction group.
• Preparation of Work Orders
• Preparation of Contract documents.
Post Contract Works
• Payment Certification against Contractor bill submission.
• Quantity extract form AutoCAD drawings.
• Rate Analysis preparation for tender and non tender items.
