• Worked at Bluewaters Development Hospitality Project.
• The Bluewater’s Family Hotel & Serviced Apartment 2 is a part of the overall Bluewater’s development in Dubai Marina. Our scope is for the Execution of engineering, procurement & interior fit-out construction works consisting of 5 Star Family Hotel with 301 rooms with King / Twin / Junior Suites / 1 and 2 bedroom suites and Serviced Apartment 2 building with 119 nos. of 1bed, 2bed, 3bed and 4bedroom apartments. Our scope also includes Front of House public areas and Guest corridors works in both of the buildings. The main contractor involved is Multiplex. While the client involved is Meraas while project management consultant is Mirage.
• The role involved but is not limited to preparing master plan for production, procurement and installation phase of the project using primavera P6.
• Reviewing the subcontractor’s programme and progress against the same.
• Monitoring the daily progress of the sites and project risk analysis.
• Internal coordination between departments and also coordinating with client for different queries or issues that may arise.

Worked as Senior Planning Engineer - Project(s)
• Worked at Abu Dhabi Airport Midfield Terminal Project.
• Worked on projects related to interior fit outs, FF&E for clients like Sixco JV for "Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi" and Habtoor Leighton Group HLG “Al Mafraq Hospital Extension”, W-Hotel, Viceroy Hotel & Resort Palm Jumerah.
• Preparing master plan for production, procurement and installation phase of the project using primavera P6.

• Worked at PMO based in UAE on a 102.600kms 42” dia pipeline project from Tuba Tank Farms to Central Production Facilities (Site located in Iraq) for Lukoil client and also for Takreer Refinery Project for various pipelines equivalent to 950kms approx with various dia of 8”, 12”, 18” etc.
• Preparing and updating master plan on primavera P6 for all tasks related to construction activities related to civil, mechanical, instrumentation, pipelines and telecommunication works.
• Preparation of specifications and method statements for instrumentation and construction acitivities.
• Monitoring the daily progress of the sites and analyzing their forecast for completion of project.
• Internal coordination with lower, middle and higher management and also coordinating with client for different queries or issues that may arise.
• Working with team to overcome any problems or resource requirements
• Coordinating with the project team to analyze for any future demands for supplies, materials or permit to work.
• Presentation to the senior management for current progress and targets set.
• Provide support when necessary to help consultants / contractors in getting required NOC's from authorities to avoid any project delays.

Senior Technical Coordinator / Content Writer
• Understanding the products manufactured by vendors related to telecommunications and instrumentations like PLC panels, RTUs, IDU, ODU etc.
• Analyzing the capacity of the products and writing specifications.
• Linking the suppliers and relevant vendors for their business needs.
• Clients included business owners / manufacturers from USA, Canada, Mexico, Holland, Finland.
• Ensuring the specifications are upto date and also reviewing and writing method statements for their installation and operating instructions.
BSS NOC Technical Support & Coordinator (Finished Project)
• Six months project that required understanding & planning the needs of project for clients like M/s Telenor, M/s Ufone and preparing work out plan for operations / maintenance and expansion works.
• Planning for new sites and their strategic importance for 4G LTE.
• Dispatching teams to BTS / BSC / Node-B / RNC sites for any outage as depicted by system manager telenor.
• Working with team to overcome the problems for outage.
• Troubleshooting with the team and analyzing network link for any linked outages.
• Progress monitoring of new sites being developed and looking at all the Base Station Subsystem BSS (BTS + BSC) OR RNS (RNC + Node-B) of South-I region (Karachi)
• Working with Nokia Siemens and Huawei devices at BSS.
• Provide support when necessary to help consultants / contractors in getting required NOC's from authorities to avoid any project delays.
• Coordinate with projects team to ensure completion within time and budgets and to ensure SLA is met.
• Support close daily monitoring of progress to ensure compliance with approved program of works and reporting daily results to the Huawei Project Manager.
• Support Projects Manager in ensuring cost savings are made (wherever applicable) without compromising on quality.
• Ensure handing over of projects on time, completion of all snag lists as well as hand over of operating manuals in line with project requirements.
• Also to implement and compile with Environment, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures.
Site Coordinator for Maxitek Engineering Services on telecom EPC projects. The responsibilities included but were not limited to:
• Understanding & planning the needs of the client’s project related to Wimax, 2G/3G, Optical Networks, Wireless Networks, cellular networks, VOIP.
• Updating weekly/monthly report for tracking of project performance and scheduling.
• Working with construction team to plan for SCADA (Pipeline) and BTS (Terminal sites) installation.
• Planning resource requirements after understanding the different types of tasks involved therein.
• Client correspondence to improve working area hence to make it safer and ensure it’s free from any hazards or risk. (Planning about HSE.)
• Planning and preparing recommendations based on site survey reports to ensure that working job site remains safe and the tasks are carried out in timely fashion.
• Corresponding with other state and federal authorities in case of any demanding situation.
• Planning future growth areas to further improve the performance of the company.

WOPP - White Oil Pipeline Project: This was a mega project related to Oil & Gas field with a 32” dia pipeline from Port Qasim Karachi to Mehmood Kot (856Km). This was a consortium of China Petroleum Engineering & Construction (Group) Corporation (CPECC). This project involved construction of two pumping and terminal stations and three pumping stations. All stations had 132KVA power grid, corrosion inhibitor package, four HSD storage tanks with inner dia of 55m, Fire water storage tanks, control room for PLC panels, Construction of signaling tower for BTS etc. Responsibilities included:
• Handling and maintain constructional and QA/QC progress data related to civil, mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation and telecommunications.
• Responsible for preparation of QA/QC dossier as per standards of ISO 9001 - 2000.
• Preparation for Internal & External QA/QC Audits as per ISO 9001.
• Preparation of Final Package & Dossier about the PLC Panels, Communication link and Tower for submission to Client/Owner.
• Managing the mobilization of man power and equipment at PARCO Bin Qasim Job site according to company’s rules and also demobilization at the completion of the project.
• Maintaining all the tasks for employees working at job site using MS Project / Primavera.
• Preparing monthly progress report and planning tasks for employees working at Job site.
• Planning that includes residential facility, resource utilization, work progress monitoring and correspondence with different internal and external authorities.
• Assisting Senior Project Coordinator in planning, construction, handing over and commissioning phase.
Received internship at PIA (Pakistan International Airlines) for RF Radar overhauling as per required by the university.
