promotion of our brands. Included: All Local Seminars and Trade shows, ECR Vienna

Follow up on all sales leads over the Telephone, Emails, Web contacts, Letters and Faxes
Participate in sales process to close deals
Achieved monthly sales targets by maximizing existing customer relationship & developing
new ones
Prepare bi-weekly Sales & Marketing report and send to in house seniors and Head Office-
USA
Responsible for meeting coordination & travel arrangements for our clients as well as for our
foreign Principal
Correspond with foreign principal for different projects
Preparation of Marketing Quotations & Correspondence
Deal with customers complaints regarding sales and services as per company’s policies
