• Prepared MAR and Technical submittals, Quality documents as per Equipment Criticality rating, Inspection class requirements as per GASCO DGS standard during Engineering & procurement stage of project.
• Independently handled inspections with Clients, TPI, performing surveillance, issuing Inspection reports, Observations, NCR at site for E & I works according to ITP.
• Client coordination, attending FAT, SAT, Quality audits, closing audit observations and NCR’s.
• Preparing weekly, monthly project quality reports, inspection reports, MS, ITP, updating KPI’s, project Commissioning procedure, Documentation handover and close-out procedures.
• Performing vendor inspections during in-process fabrication as per ITP.
• Attending Mechanical Completion, PSSR, Commissioning activities, punch clearance & handover.

Job Responsibilities :
•Review of Technical submittals, layout drawings, SLD’s and ensuring compliance to comments prior to issuing to site team for smooth construction and avoiding abortive works.
•Coordinating with Civil, MEP Design, detailed engineering for resolving of issues related to design and resolving coordination clashes of MEP services.
•Attending monthly commercial meetings for verification and validation of all works performed during the month for monthly billing.
•Ensure all the FAT, SAT, Inspection reports, Sample approvals, Material Inspections, Mock-up, Work Inspections are duly approved by consultant.
•Handing over of Electrical & Mechanical rooms, Pump and utility rooms to civil contractor after completion of MEP works. Managed subcontractors, handled quality issues during construction.
•Conducting Incoming material inspections, inspections at site, quality group meeting, issuing NCR, implementation of corrective actions for close-out of NCR’s, Site Instructions.
Project : Construction of New Administration and Fire Station at Shah oil fields.
