The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruitment delivery and execution of sourcing
strategies to support the manpower needs of customers within their project timeline and its
objectives.
On Recruitment Segment Review:
• Build and report on a quarterly and annual business review on recruitment delivery of
Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Assistants under their dedicated
recruitment segment.
• Delivery of a full recruitment cycle where a list of customers is identified, i.e.
healthcare, technical, and general service projects where roles being recruited are like
the nature of business in that industry/sector.
• Key Performance Indicators for each segment includes time-to-hire, time-to-fill and
source of hire. KPI Reports shall be presented to the Head of Recruitment for
appropriate review and final ratings at the end of each quarter.
• Coordinate with the Head of Recruitment for any clarifications and questions
regarding the applicant’s compensation and benefits and other concerns.
On Job Advertisements:
• Responsible for job advertisements on individual project assignments delegated by the
Head of Recruitment
• Apart from website and social media postings, I am accountable on posting job
advertisements on job portals such as but not limited to Jobstreet, Linkedin, Work
abroad, Naukri Gulf, Monster, Bayt.com, Talentera, and thru Phil-Job Net as needed
when attending job fairs both local and abroad.
On Recruitment Generation & Sourcing:
• Exercise all recruitment sourcing strategies through recruiting, networking, provincial
sourcing and with the direct supervision of the Head of Recruitment
• Maintain a sustainable number of qualified pool of applications, record, and statistics for
eventual need of the customers
• Maximizes the use of Talentera Recruitment Database System before considering
applications from other online job portals.
• Performs thorough evaluation of applications and enhances applicant’s resumes by
detailing job descriptions if necessary.
• Performs interviews through different methods such as but not limited face to
face, telephone, Teams meeting, Skype, Google Hangout, and video conferencing.
• Conducts thorough reference, employment verification check, and document compliance
on the profiles of the applicants as part of due diligence.
On Recruitment Endorsement to Customers:
Check the status of applicants in our internal Applicant Tracking System as due diligence
prior formal endorsement to customers.

When endorsing prescreened applications to the customers for further review and
shortlisting, I always copy furnish the Head of Recruitment, Credentialing & Licensing
Specialist on email transmittal.

Upload prescreened applications into the customer’s recruitment system if required.
• Upload prescreened applications to Recruitment Database System if nonexistent in the
database.

Secure Tracking Report on Endorsements thru standard, uniform and authorized Google
Spreadsheets created by the Head of Recruitment or the Credentialing / Licensing
