 Conduct Organizational GAP Analysis & implementation of findings to reach business objectives.
 Assessment of processes, determine requirements and also deliver data driven recommendation.
 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
 Coordinate with internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution of IT projects by ensuring all ongoing projects are delivered within approved time & budget.

 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (BRD, FRD, EPICs /User Stories).
 Administration of all IT services related to Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Mgmt.
 Acting Supervisor for Helpdesk Support team and maintaining smooth operations, if required.
 Provisioning servers in Hyper Converged Cloud Solution (VxRail) to proponent departments.
 Bridging gap between business and IT by multiple data-driven recommendations.
 Analysis of different process, services, applications being used, provide improve efficiencies.
 Checking server performance periodically and ensuring proper connectivity with application.
 Coordination with Planning Dept. team members with weekly uploads of P6 schedules.
 Data Extraction from P6 and updating with latest baselines and providing it for integration.
 Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot end user’s applications issues and overall system integrity.
 Do tests to ensure that the applications work as expected periodically.
 Application documentation & manuals in order to provide ease to multiple stakeholders.
 Updating weekly uploads report of different contractors and providing to Planning dept.
 Coordinating with Construction Dept. for any contractor issues related to application and also for maintaining consistency in weekly updates of data.
 Trouble shooting different issues and errors of application - administration level and user level whenever required.
 Creating and maintaining IT documentation such as IT Purchase requisitions, Payment requests, Incident reports, Service completion reports, Site visit reports, monthly maintenance reports, etc. and overseeing participation in preparations of RFPs and PR / PO, etc.
 Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
 Acts as a resource, on a consistent basis, to other team/section professional staff in the resolution of IT issues.
 Administration of File Storage Server and Backup Servers (Windows Server 2012 R2).
 Maintaining Microsoft licensing for complete environment.

Planning & Organization:
 Monitor and manage all KPIs including performance, absence, attrition and engagement in alignment with the Store Manager.
 Maintain a detailed understanding of all aspects of the business environment including: proposition offerings, products and services.
 Provide robust and regular feedback to the Store and Regional Manager.
 Maintain robust relationships with peers, the central retail team and across all functions to work collaboratively and productively.


Financial Excellence:
 Supports the Store Manager in the commercial Performance of the store against all individual and store KPI objectives and targets.
 Supports the Store Manager with cash handling and inventory management in the store ensuring no discrepancies by end of the day or report discrepancies.
 Supporting the annual budget process, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

 Assisting the PM in drafting and issuance of projects proposals, RFPs, preliminary schedules.
 Attend client meetings and assist with determination of projects requirements.
 Basic implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, to include keyword optimization, copywriting with focus on relevant content, and maximizing exposure for our customers’ websites and the inbound links to their sites.
 Basic Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies, to include ongoing optimization and management.
 Drafting email marketing data and co-ordination with marketing team.
 Helping in administration of project between different teams.
 Assisting in all tasks assigned which includes draft writing, selections of web design tools.
 Segregation of required data and highlighting discrepancies if any.
 Reading journals and identifying required materials and Key highlighters of attraction.
