Reviewing Shop drawing/As-built, materials submittals and technical or contractual clarifications Coordination and routing the above for approval.
Fully conversant with IEE Regulations(17th Edition with Amendments)NEC, IEC, BS/EN Standards & International Certification(CE, VDE, UL, LPCB ).Compliance of local codes SEC, DEWA, ETISALAT, DIC in Design, Installations, Final Testing & Commissioning and handing-over of the electrical distribution systems for the high rise residential and commercial mixed-use development projects.
 Responsible for review/ compliance of Voltage drop calculations/cable selection as per NEC requirement, Preparation of Major Equipments Schedule(transformers, generators, central batteries, UPS, Bus Bars, APFC, ATS, Switch Boards, submain-cable) Cables/bus ducts routing and coordination. Responsible for MV/LV schematics (one line diagrams), short circuit calculations and coordination of all relays, fuses, circuit breakers, and all other protective devices. Preparation of calculation report for sizing of containment, power factor correction, Harmonic study, Fire Fighting Pump Supplies.

• Review in a timely manner the design consultant and contractor submittals.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, reports related to the above said systems to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the project specifications, design drawings, relevant standards and with the scope of work and requirements.
• Carry out construct ability reviews of shop drawings and modification stages.
• Reviews of samples.
• Reviews of BIM 3D model, Primavera Contract Management (PCM) input.

Supervised the O & M activities for Sub-station Equipments & Panels, Pumps, HT Synchronous Motors etc.

Work authorization and costing.O & M of Royal Commission Building.

Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance.
