Key Responsibilities:
•Provide the workers and employee a safe & risk free environment
•Ensure the organisation has implemented the precautionary measures and acquired the necessary permission
•Make certain that that the organisation provides the worker, the necessary gears & safety costumes while performing functions
•Ensure availability of prompt medical services in time of emergencies
•Assist during external inspections and provide the officer with relevant information
Key Responsibilities:
•Carrying out daily safety inspection to identity unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices & unsafe equipment.
•To see that all workers should following the five cardinals rules of PFPL.
•Organizing, Coordinating & conducting safety Trainings for the employees of different levels.
•Providing safety advice and guidance to the Workshop management & supervisors.
•Advising statutory requirement regarding safety.
•Implementation of safe system & procedures of work responsible for company’s environmental matters & waste management control.
•Monitoring safety performance emergency procedure & work permit procedure.
•Ensuring person, equipment & material are safe for each activity.
•Hazard identification and control.
•Ensuring competent person for each activity.
•Follow work method statement (WMS)
•Good adaptability to multinational environment with wide exposure to various cultures & customs.
•Actively engaged in various tasks in the fire and safety field covering all aspect of the inspection and safety precautions of electrical material, handling safety ladder, scaffolding and purging of vessels pipeline.
•Ensure the approved personal safety protective equipments used by employees conducting safety tool box meeting and weekly walk through preparation of daily safety site report, auditing and follow up.
•Checking P.P.E Such as safety shoes, Safety Helmet, Goggles, Hand Glove, and Safety Harness Etc.
•Permit to work system: - A permit to work should design to project personal and plant. To follow-up, Supervision and Inspection of specific area and specific work as per permit.
•Welding Inspection of tool and equipment use in welding process check for adequate ventilation or exhaust for extraction of fumes.
•Housekeeping check all stairways; passageways and gangways kept materials and obstruction of any king should be removed.
•Rigging and slinging: check whether properly tested marked and colour-code.
• To check Confined space (vessel, pipeline, manhole Etc.) for adequate light and ventilation.& Gas test
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitoring Safety Compliances at Site, & Office.
•Providing Safety Training to Staff & Workers on the Job & Off the Job
•Conducting Safety Meetings, Tool Box Talk
•Assurance, Availability and effective Implementation of PPE
•Control of Ignition Sources / Smoking Regulations
•Implementation of producers for Hot/Cold Confined Space entry and other required permits
•Monitoring of heavy equipment mobilization and working on site for safe operation
•Monitor and implement Fire and Explosion prevention measures
•Scaffolding Inspection
•Inspection for work site through different checklists
•Meetings With site supervision to improve site safety
