•Manage production activities of pasta, instant noodles and seasoning production through strong coordination with supportive service departments at a separate production unit.

•Updating agreed KPIs that help in evaluating the actual performance of all the machines.
•Material wastage analysis of all machines and improving the reporting procedures.
•Work force Rationalization in Plant & automation of activities where possible.
•Production Department holds with HALAL, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP and OHSAS Certifications.
•Lead S.I.T.E., Operations Team during ALLERGEN CONTROL IMPLEMENTATION Project in coordination with QRD Department in 2014.
•Worked as Sr.Officer Production from July 2009 - June 2011.
•Worked as Officer Production from Feb 2007 - June 2009.
Responsible for Food Safety & Quality Management System Audits, Raw Material & Product Evaluation at different facilities of CUPOLA and conducting In-House training sessions for the operations staff.
Worked as QA Officer and responsible for the Process Control of Sauce/Paste and Pickle Sections’ Production Processes ensuring the implementation of system’s QA standards according to GMP, HACCP & Food Safety Practices on the Floor. Assisted Manager QA and R&D for improving quality & hygiene standards.
