Documentation for accreditation with Pakistan Engineering Council. (Successfully achieved first green signal for BE Mechanical)
Preparation of course files, lectures and syllabus and course outlines for the university in its early stages.
Involved in the preparation of university entrance test and student interviews.
Research projects like solar rickshaw and portable biogas plant.
Member of QEC (Quality Enhancement Cell) at the university.
Member of ORIC(Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization) at NHU
Involved in setting up labs and procurement of lab equipment.
Organization of different seminars and lectures from Industry and Education professionals for the students.
Management of Sales queries and marketing of products.
Providing consultancy to clients with selection of proper equipment according to the requirement.
Selection and matching equipment according to field / client requirement.
Arrangement of trainings of HSE at Hotels/ on-site.
Conducting surveys of different industry for evaluation/ implementation of HSE systems.
Management of marketing campaigns of products and services.
Evaluation of Tender documents and preparation of bids.
Selection and matching equipment according to field / client requirement. Preparation of technical data sheets.
Verification of Civil foundations of equipment at project site.
Presentations to client / customer regarding technical details and advantages/disadvantages of equipment.
Advising on Waste Heat Recovery Projects.
Preparation of comparisons between different equipment.
Coordination with client for technical assistance at every stage of progressing project to ensure customer satisfaction.
