Lead and oversee the analysis of findings/issues/nonconformance identified during audits and assessments and follow up for timely corrective and preventative actions to ensure that Quality Assurance Program implemented by company and suppliers and contractors meet regulatory requirements and applicable codes and standards.
Provide recommendations to management on how the company can make improvements that impact revenue, costs and/or customer satisfaction.
Develop and /or improve incoming inspection methods and provide appropriate training.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including design and prototyping methods, and maintain knowledge of developing trends in these areas that could improve quality
Identify and recommend process efficiencies and training improvements, which may include creating and maintaining a project plan, training and communication plan.
Ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by eliminating waste, following operations procedures, practicing innovation, problem solving, and teamwork; complying with QMS policies and procedures;

Ensure the development and implementation of risk detection and prevention protocol in alignment with company strategy
Establish, Plan Monitor and Control project quality inspections and conduct internal progress review meetings.
Prepare necessary reports for client submission. (Weekly/monthly reports).
Carrying out surveillance activities on all departments /sections and company /customer hangars & facilities to ensure compliance with approved methods/materials.
Issuing regular guidance and information to quality department and engineering staff to ensure key issues are effectively managed.

Conduct pre and post meetings with relevant stakeholders and/or QA team to ensure the effective
implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure the collection of required documentation, development of checklists, audit plan and agendas for internal
quality audit of programs and suppliers, contractors and long term agreements to ensure that the audits and assessments are conducted effectively.
Lead effective performance-based audits and assessments in the assigned area of responsibility and conduct internal audits and supplier audits and prepare detailed report
Develop and deploys resources, tools and methodologies that support the business operations and customer needs
Manages a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance to quality standards, including meeting the standards set forth in the Part 145.

• Ensure the compliance of executed work with applicable standards and respecting the acceptable quality level (AQL) and perform in process inspection and key /critical tasks IPI/KTL.
• Identify the primary purpose of the FRB and ensure determination of root cause and the implementation of effective and lasting corrective action
• Review trend analyses related to field returns, manufacturing rejects, supplier history, etc. and provide recommendations for improvement and conduct investigative checks on failed components or processes to improve quality.

• Lead the inspections team and conduct quality, Environmental Health and Safety Audits, quality verification inspections and special inspections
• Reports non-conformance, observations and opportunities of improvement via computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Build and monitors SMART RIL program in excel spreadsheets which afford full visibility and tracking, the same program adapted by all the other bases.
