Currently working at Qatar University site which is is a reputed organization in Qatar stretched across a 9 km2 area and the campus includes more than 50 facilities such as Academic buildings, laboratories, research complex, health center, sports complexes, District cooling plants, Utility Buildings & Staff Housing.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor operation and maintenance of all MEP, HVAC assets available at QU campus.
• Lead in house maintenance team which includes supervisors, Foreman, technicians, and evaluate team performance.
• Site supervision of chillers of capacity 10000 TR, 12500 TR & 18000 TR, chilled water pumps, and heat exchangers parameters daily.
• Perform routine checks for chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, and other ventilation fans and report for any discrepancy as a part of proactive maintenance approach.
• Ensured that all work orders were completed effectively and within an appropriate time frame.
• Co-ordinate with other departments like civil, safety, and electrical for smooth execution of work.
• Inspecting work to ensure compliance with technical/ operational standards and quality assurance processes for the services being managed.
• Preparation of RCA report for asset malfunction/breakdown with detailed investigation on its cause of failure and propose ideal recommendations to refrain from such recurrence.
• Conduct internal audit for the completed PPM works in order to reach the desired SLA.
• Actively participate for any emergency breakdown works at Campus and arrange required resources on adhoc basis to reduce downtime.
• Promote a positive quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) compliance-driven culture, including the application of permit to work, LOTO, risk assessment, and method statement processes
• Review of specialist contractor PPM report & Preparation of PPM reports, Observation report and Monthly report.
• Close monitor of operational cost and expenses incurred on maintenance works.
• Direct coordination, follow up with suppliers for material delivery & further maintain of minimum stock of critical spares.
• Conduct regular training program for team development and provide required technical assistance.
• Liaise with different stakeholder and departments for executing works involved at campus.
• Team leave plan management and manpower allocation based on work priority and site requirements.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
• Being in the role of Mechanical Engineer, ensured QFZA Free zones asset maintenance with zero failures by proactive maintenance approach.
• Takeover of new assets from the contractor and conduct audit for new assets in order make sure all assets are compiled to QFZA policy and procedures for better asset management.
• Actively involved for any breakdown works within the perimeter of QFZA and coordinate with respective specialist contractor for its safely completion.
• Close monitor of contractors works and make sure Contractors enforced QFZA safety policies and procedures.
• Make sure that team is compliance to QFZA health and safety policy..
• Fault report preparation for any asset malfunction with detailed investigation report and recommendations to rectify such.
• Inspecting the whole network of, utility, TSE, Storm water of QFZA -RBF which is approx. 4.5 Sq.KM and report for any failures.
• Indulge in regular audit on assets and Schedule meeting with contractors for SLA/KPI review.
• Scope of work preparation for variation works.
• Preparation of PPM reports, DLP report, Observation report and Monthly report.
• Interaction with the suppliers for the survey and quotations.
• Interaction with in house team for smooth functioning of the MEP services.
• Liaise with different stakeholder and department.
• Control of critical spare parts required for the asset maintenance works (inventory management)
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the healthy operation and maintenance of available mechanical, HVAC and Firefighting system assets available in the facility.
• Ensure preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance are performed on all available assets without any interruption to operation of facilities.
• Review and Preparation of PTW, method statement and preparation of relevant SOP required at the work location.
• Liaise with different stakeholder and department by providing prior information about site activities.
• Review of Operation and Maintenance Manuals of all assets and identify critical Spare Parts min and max stock at site.
• Preparation of new checklist or amend existing checklist for all mechanical assets based on actual field requirements.
• Prepare technical evaluation report and technical questionnaire for prequalification of vendors and assist for selection of ideal company for any variation works.
• Responsible for issuance of Non-Conformance Reports for any violation and non-quality works performed at site.
• Monitor Hard & soft service performance across the facilities.
• Look after of waste segregation, collection and PEST control services upon stake holder request.
• Ensure smooth operation of available assets and schedule weekly meeting with contractor and stakeholder in order to receive feedback/concerns from them.

• Direct supervision of site team, preparation of Work method statement, PTW and job related docs for smooth completion of assigned job.
• Maintained inventory of supplies, parts, tools, and equipment as appropriate.
• Get approved HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement, and project Specification from Project Engineer.
• Direct supervision of piping installation works both U/G & A/G piping with reference of piping arrangement & isometric drawings
• Installation, commissioning of HVAC ducts, Fittings, accessories, Child water pipes, fittings, various VRF/VRV air-conditioning systems like FCU, Cassette Unit, Wall mounting, High wall & Ductable unit within assigned area of responsibility.
• Monitor daily work progress activities of the contractor and emphasize for its on time completion.
• Preparation of RFIT for completed works and arrange client final inspection according ITP plan.
• Assist Commissioning team for commissioning activities.
• Monitor the utility network system for any leak and other network associated assets like main isolation gate valves, throttling valves and MOV and maintenance of these valves like greasing. And inspection of all the piping supports as per the drawing.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure the quality of work complies with approved shop drawings and Specification and get a daily progress report from the site supervisor (or) foreman and update to project Engineer (or) Manager
• Ensure that appropriate safety and protective equipment is used by Company & Contractor staff.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the maintenance of HVAC assets available in facilities and STP plant assets.
• Daily allocation of works to Supervisors.
• Conforms all the operation and maintenance activities are completed in strict compliance to safety rules and regulations.
• Responsible to maintain facility assets in healthy operation condition such as Gate barrier, Elevators, water heaters, Potable pumps, air blowers & roller shutter doors.
• Make sure facility electrical systems such as DB, SMDB and Fire alarm system of the facility are in healthy condition.
• Assist procurement and warehouse officials to define and implement the strategy for spares and ensure adequate material availability.
• Regular monitor and inspection of chilled water network & firefighting network against water leaks.
• Team leave plan preparation and assurance of round the clock service availability by the maintenance teamfor any emergency break downs to provide interruption free services.
• Regular maintenance of water filter membrane cleaning and maintenance of other associated assets of STP plant.
• Responsible to schedule the third party inspection and certification and calibration of instruments and maintain record of it.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installation, commissioning & maintenance of boiler feed pump, vacuum pump, condensate extraction pump, booster pump and split casing pumps, end suction type pumps.
• Operation, maintenance& servicing of all the rotating equipment of, T-G auxiliaries, which includes bearing inspection & replacement, mechanical seal replacement, shaft run out inspection, alignment of pumps.
• Turbine bearing matching, guide blade carrier matching &blade clearances inspection both radial and axial, all the turbine related interference readings note down & alignment correction.
• Operation & maintenance of Utility area including RO plant & Pump house which includes of pumps, strainer cleaning and resins replacement& all pm works related to plants.
• Supervise team and delegate work to technicians any for preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Servicing of main gate valves, throttling valves, and NRV valves, lapping & matching of valves.
• Commissioning, Operation & maintenance of centrifugal air blower, lobe air blower &single & two stage screw air compressor.
• Monitored water flushing and steam blowing of piping networks.
• Conducted hydro test of all water coolers and piping accessories.
