• Manage and Control all Façade activities of all Subcontractor involve in Façade Works.
• Review shop drawings of Façade subcontractor and insure the drawings are submitted as per Project Specs.
• Provide and advise Value engineering proposal to client and consultant.
• Keeping record of materials delivery from subcontractor and ensure the materials are delivered as per Project Schedule and Targets.
• Coordinate and direct Façade activities with other associated discipline.

facilitate commercial department for the final selection of Façade subcontractor

Meeting the requirement of LEED Consultant and coordinating its requirements in Architecture Drawings.
Reviewing of MEP Drawings in accordance with Architecture drawings.
Reviewing of Structure Drawings in accordance with Architecture drawings. Reviewing of Architecture and MEP Drawings in accordance with Civil Defense.
Preparation of Architecture drawings in order to get final approval from Authorities i.e. (Dubai Municipality, CED, Tecom, DIP, Elisdon, DIC. etc. )
Preparation of Tender Drawings.
Coordinating with Quantity Control Engineer.
Preparation of detailed working drawings in accordance to Structure and MEP drawings.
Reviewing shop drawings from contractor.
Coordinating with site engineer in accordance with the construction activity.
