Responsible for all matters pertaining to Site Acquisition, Construction, Installtion (E to E) under the Project Management Office Department.
•Vetting of obtained legal Property documents from site owner, Rent negotiations, lease drafting, etc.
•Coordination and preparation of submittal documents (Land lord) and regulatory), Notification (preparation, submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of receipt), LL consent (preparation, document submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of consent), Regulatory approval up to and including zoning and BP or EP submission and approval.
•Monitor vendor deployment production plan and schedule. Identify schedule deviations or challenges and work with team to correct production problems.
•Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure, as per KPIs & Quality Controls standards.
•Preparation of business cases, cost estimates etc.
•Management of external subcontractors and 3rd Party Suppliers.
Project Manager Site Acquisition.
Responsible to monitor and acquire the Sites till the completion of Projects (E to E), Site Acquisition, construction, installation, including but not limited to IBS, Greenfield, Rooftop, Site Sharing/Colocation, Private, Semi-Private, Municipalities/Local communities, and also responsible for Leasing, Budgeting, Building permitting, land management, Lease negotiations on behalf of customer (du), coordination with du management and all sub-cons who are involved in acquisition.
•Overall Project administration, tracking, coordination and reporting to client on regular basis.
•Worked predominantly with local communities, authorities & developers to get pre-acquisition, construction & installation approvals, such as TRA, RTA, ALDAR, NAKHEEL, MUSNADA, EMAL, ADNOC, ADPC, ADAC & Environmental agencies.
•Site Identification, planning and acquisition of cellular sites within given search radius by RF planning and criteria defined by client.

•Evaluation, preparation and submission of Technical Site Survey reports (TSSRs) to client for approval as per RF, Transmission, CW & SA deliverables.
•Collection of legal Property documents from site owner and legal vetting of provided title documents.
•Rent negotiations before entering into an agreement.
•Lease drafting, and submission to client for approval.
Project coordination especially matters pertaining to land acquisition, construction & installation.
•Site Identification, planning and acquisition of cellular sites within given search radius by RF planning and criteria defined by client.
•Coordination in order to conduct, Technical Site Surveys (TSS) of Greenfield, Rooftop, Sharing, IBS, Micro, sites through GPS by SA (Site Acquisition), RF (Radio Frequency), TXN (Transmission), CW (Civil Works), and Designs representatives.
•Close coordination with Customer to get approvals of Technical Site Survey reports (TSSRs) as per RF, Transmission, CW & SA deliverables.
•Evaluation of Layouts & location plans of all provided options.
High Court, for the matters including but not limited to Criminal, Civil, and Family, had been provided Legal assistance to the telecom, Banking & Environmental, Corporate & Real Estate sectors.
