Presently I am associated with Royal Group - Pharmaceutical as Manager Procurement. Responsible for Supply Chain functions such as Planning and Purchase of Raw / Packaging Materials, Negotiations with Suppliers, New Vendor Developments and New Packaging Development, Orderings / Contracts, FG Warehouses & Logistics, Cost Saving, Payments Co ordination.
Co-ordination with Production department with respect to Production Planning.
Storage and Issuance of Raw Packaging Materials.
Dispatch of Finish Goods.
Responsible for Supply Chain functions such as Planning and Purchase of all Raw and Packaging materials, Technical Item Purchase, Negotiations with suppliers, new vendor Developments and New Packaging Development, Materials Orderings, and responsible RM / PM Stores, FG Warehouses & Logistics.
Co-ordination with Production Department w.r.t. materials and production planning.
Procurement of all Raw and Packaging Materials,
Isssuance of Purchase Orders,
Negotiations with suppliers,
Follow-up for Deliveries of Materials,
Dealings with Banks for L/Cs, etc.
Dealings with Clearing Agents for Custom clearance of Materials,
Dealings with Custom Deprtment for Rebates, etc.
Dealings with Ministry of Health for Clearance of Materials and consumption for Rebate, etc.
Additional performed all resposibilities of Administration officer
Purchase of Local Raw and Packaging materials,
Co-ordination with Controlling inventory, Store, Materials Audit, Negotiations with Suppliers, Purchase Orderings to Suppliers, Follow up for deliveries, by using Fox Pro MRP Software.
