•Develop and maintains excellent business relationship with clients, primarily insurance brokers with a focus on improvement of business.
•Introducing products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries.
•Responsible for actively managing a team of (17) Sales & Marketing Executives.
•Conducting regular meetings with the team includes coaching.
•Performance analysis and appraisal.
•Achieve Team’s sales targets as set by the Management.
•Focus on increasing profitability by promoting of existing products.
•Provides effective customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients/brokers.
•Focus on performance to achieve agreed targets.
•Ensures adherence to the regulations and procedures laid down by SAMA.
•Works closely with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client’s demand.
•Produces marketing literature to support marketing campaigns.
•Develop, promote and manage Non life & General Insurance business directly as well as through the team of Sales Executives with a focus on sales to implement the strategy and business plan of the company.
•Responsible for actively managing a team of (17) Sales & Marketing Executives.
•Conducting regular meetings with the team includes coaching.
•Performance analysis and appraisal.
•Achieve Team’s sales targets as set by the Management.
•Recruit new Sales & Marketing Executives on an ongoing basis, Conduct Field Training (FT), submit FT reports, joint calls/visits to customers with S&MEs as and when required especially during the first 5 sales by newly recruited.
•Carry out Market intelligence, market analysis, run sales campaigns, find new areas/techniques of prospecting and sales.
