Requirements Elicitation:

✔ Facilitates requirements elicitation using a variety of appropriate techniques.
✔ Skilled in extracting requirements using brainstorming, interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, observations, use cases, scenarios, and prototypes.
✔ Documents clear, consistent, consistent business requirements and 'as-is' processes.
✔ Collaboration with stakeholders towards the delivery of the solution, to meet the client's business requirements.
Requirements Management and Communication:

✔ Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
✔ Prepares and documents requirements package.

✔ Delivers clear, complete, accurate, consistent, and reliable work.
✔ Meet with the project team and other stakeholders regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
Strategic Analysis:

✔ Assesses and defines the business needs and identifies the client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement by articulating an action plan/ project road map.
✔ Consults with senior management, SME’s to identify, define and document business needs and objectives,
✔ Defines the new capabilities that the project, iteration or work effort will deliver
✔ Captures results, roadblocks, discrepancies, and suggests solutions.
✔ Assist the sales team in business development activities, proposals bid estimation, and preparation of RFP responses
Requirements Analysis:

✔ Determines priority, relative importance, and dependencies of requirements.
✔ Organizes & synthesizes requirements by process mapping and process modeling techniques
✔ Conducts sessions and walkthroughs to validate requirements and gain concurrence.
Solution Assessment and Validation:

✔ Defines test scenarios, creates UAT test cases and prepares automated UAT test scripts.
✔ Engages with the QA team to ensure the testing is in line with the accepted requirements.
✔ Assesses value delivered by proposed solutions to identify associated effectiveness
✔ Validates solution quality and recommend controls by defining proper acceptance criteria’s
✔ Develops user guides and walkthroughs UAT with clients to ensure aligned expectations and fulfillment of testing strategy.
Agile Management:

✔ Defining functional specifications, MVP’s, Sprints and Scrum deliverables with necessary prioritization backlogs
✔ Promoting collaboration and interactions to adjusts at regular intervals and ensure that the customer is always satisfied
✔ Driving Daily scrums, Stand-ups, DevOps and RAD session to ensure timely rollouts and deployments
Management and Leadership:

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Establishing deadlines and effectively monitoring KPI’s, progress, and milestone completion.
✔ Regular engagements with CEO, CTO, Project Manager, Product Owner, Architects, Domain Consultant, Tech Lead & Solution Team
✔ Performs research, gap analysis to identify roadblocks between the current state and desired future state.
✔ Mentors those with less experience and leads in training and coaching team members on BABOK specified frameworks.
✔ Develops the needed management reports and presentations
