• Asset Management on Peregrine Asset & Service Center

• Project - Enterprise Software Asset Management (eSAM).
Enterprise Software Asset Management (eSAM) manages all JPMC global SW Portfolios through the implementation of enterprise-wide software asset management process that optimizes and automates software requests, demand, harvest, re-use and compliancy.

• Reviewing Software Contracts and compliance check.
• Gathering Software requirements across business units
• Ensuring the Purchase Orders released/closed in time
• Providing the software’s to the users with in SLA
• Maintaining the software asset inventory up to date in system including their warranties, etc.,
• Ensuring the software license compliance as per vendor's license agreements

• Handling end-users requests for software licenses
• Following up with the value added resellers for license fulfillment
• Was part of Access-Admin team and was responsible for handling application access for all business applications.
• Used to assist users queries related to Access logon and troubleshoot them via Service requests
• Handled Incident management for the process.
• Work Flow coordinator - Assigning work to the team based on different queues.
• Training - Dissemination of Process Updates, Training and Mentoring the Associates.
