• Maintained Inventory levels of MRO spare (200, 000 line items worth 350 million USD).
• Performed ordering of Raw materials i.e. chemicals, additives, catalysts etc. (130 Million USD per year) as per forecasts received from different plants and maintained warehouse, PR, PO stock up to required levels while maintaining lead-time & shelf life.

• Liaised with Buyers and end user groups and performed different transactions required for smooth flow of business.
• I have provided complete supply chain solution to end users i.e. from materials creation in SAP, to PR creation, PO creation, RFQ, Technical Evaluation and acceptance, material readiness in factory, review and approval of shipping documents, upon arrival following up with customs and freight forwards till the materials are handed over to end user.
• Maintained Inventory levels of Warehouse spare (40, 000 line items worth 150 million USD) so that stock outs must be restrained.
• Managed KPI reports for warehouse daily operations and Run monthly reports on different sections of warehouse operations like receiving, issuing, pending requisitions, overdue PO’s, stock outs reports etc.
• Created Purchase Requisitions for repeat orders, first time purchase, and direct purchases.
• Worked as MRP controller and run different analysis on Inventory and established Best practices, procedures/policies for accurate material planning.
• Reviewed supply gaps of fast moving spares/consumables and changed the levels to meet the demand.
• Managed inbound logistics of spares with full understanding of all major Inco-terms and Shipping documents.
• Liaised with Buyers, Suppliers and freight forwarders for expediting various purchase orders/materials in WH.
• Worked as Lead Expeditor and expedited critical deliveries to Plant from inside / outside of the kingdom.
• Performed Claim Management with Finance to settle the invoices.
