• Directs controls and supervises the activities of a team of contractor workforce involved in operating the production facilities, including starting up, shut down of wells, preparations for maintenance, reservoir monitoring, pressure survey oil/water sampling and housekeeping.
• Implements Permit to Works System on the Well head Towers as per Safety regulations.
• Monitors and supervises through the control room facilities oil and gas productions from the wellhead towers to the plant and gas injections and water Injections from the plant to the wellhead towers to meet daily production targets.
• Supervises the operations of Oil, Gas and Water productions, including opening / closing wells, adjustments of wells, carries out well testing utilizing test separator on the towers, adjusting chemical injection rates, controlling quantities of water injected, ensures oil and gas productions quantities and quality as required target.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly work plans for operations of well head towers, sampling, checking, chemical injections, valve maintenance keeping in views the operational requirements and optimum utilizations of resources.
• Performs other duties / developing new recruits / UAE Nationals employees / juniors.

• Ensuring that optimum well performance and production targets are achieved in safe manner in accordance with HSE policy and good oilfield practice.
• Prepare the daily well testing plan and ensure the functionality of MPFM to get accurate results.
• Ensure the availability of consumable material and candidate with store if required.
• Prepares procedure and coordinates with the field supervisor for implementation to establish a hurt free environment
• Rise material requests and work orders using MAXIMO and closes the work requests on their completion.
• Witness X-mass tree valves integrity test and ensure its compliance.
• Prepare WHT for handover for rig\barge operations during SIMOPS.
• Ensures a high level of safety and housekeeping throughout the field carries out self-safety audit and planned inspection preparing list.

• Conduct annulus pressure survey and WHFPs and adjust the flow as per requirement.
• Perform the operations on WHT including down-hole operations and X-mass tree integrity check etc.
• Shutdown/ Start-up Well head tower as per standard procedure.
• Perform well testing and analyse the well parameters via MPFM.
• Conducts communication tests via multi-phase flow meter for dual string wells.
• Acting as operating authority for the production area within the framework of SIMOPS.
• Prepare daily production activity log & prepare annulus report etc.
• Unload/ Equalize/ Shut-in the wells for pressure build-up.
• Participating in Commissioning and start-up of modified or new installations/ equipment.
• Assist mechanical team for Isolations / De-isolation, and depressurization.
• Perform a platform inspection at arrival (Checking of any leak, Safety Equipment checks and condition.
• Support the development and realization of a 'Zero Incident Culture' in a way that serious injuries are prevented and best in class HSE performance is achieved.
• Ensures all personnel adhere to a high standard of Safety and is responsible for all jobs on the Platform.
• Participate in and/or review the various Formal Safety Assessments.
