Role Outcome
• Act as in-house advocate for Talent, Employee Engagement and Performance Management initiative whereby successfully deployed and conducted 20 program for leaders and line managers with a mean achievement of 4.5.
• Develop and enhance group Performance Management linked with Hoshin, Individual Development Plan for the employee.
• Develop new content of training program completely in-house calibrate according to annual and strategic plan.
• Compile the associate competencies and functional skills assessment outcome for succession planning.
• Liaise with the department heads in the formulation of their Associate individual development plan, training need and scheduling.
• Data analytic and report development for fact finding and decision making which drives engagement from 60th Percentile to 89th percentile.

Master facilitator for Basic Engagement and PRIDA (Performance review & improvement for development of associates) form 2011-12 with following accomplishment
• Facilitated action plan for all people manager below 50th Percentile with his team, rectify the root cause based on scorecard identified the strength and opportunity to demonstrate the correct behavior.
• Continues follow-up with team leader to give feedback on the action item promised to deliver on that quarter.
• Facilitated 10 Basic Engagement workshops and more than 20 Impact Planning sessions.
• Review accumulates the business KPI and competencies to develop consolidated report for Management.
• Develop 4 in-house training programs from design, content writing, case study, exercises and videos to give support to HR initiative of Performance and Engagement.
Role Outcome
• Establish framework of Mercer’s International Position Evaluation System (IPE) a complete cycle of implantation of organizations and various aspects of a job and rank positions. The IPE to design effective grading structures which is built on a transparent, fair and robust approach.
• Extensive experience on Strategic Planning tools: Balance Scorecard, Hoshin Kanri and how to link with performance KPI, Organization goals and mission.
• Developed zero cost the most effective recognition plan and linked with employee appraisal.
• Developed business impact analysis for the optimistic change and its impact on the business.

• Pilot and conduct a wide range of courses in Business transformation, and Human Resources develop core business process along with process measure.
