• Preparing Method statements, ITP.
• Preparation of company own WPS, Qualification of PQR and Welder Qualification Test (WQT) as per international codes, standards like ASME, API and Project Specification.
• Inspection of incoming materials and welding consumable’s, reviewing test certificates as per code & requirement.
• Checking dimensions of materials to ensure that they are in compliance with requirement on thickness of Plates, Pipes, Supports, Fittings, Instruments and Valves.
• Review of Spool release note and Inspection of Spool as per the approved AFC Drawings.
• Inspection of Fit up, Weld & Welding Consumables.
• Daily Monitoring and audit of welding consumables.
• Monitoring welding processes & all related parameters.
• Examine of Pre Heat, Post Heating (Hydrogen Diffusion) & Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT).
• Conducting surveillance Inspection of all NDT techniques.
• Interpretation of radiograph as per specification and review of reports.
• Review of NDT reports for UT, MPI, PT, and PMI etc.
• Coordinating with client QA/QC department and solving NDT related issues.
• Monitoring NDT backlog, planning and reducing to zero balance.
• Monitoring to reduce the repair percentage.
• Inspection of supports installation.
• Doing line walk and raising punches.
• Reviewing of test pack, arranging and inspection of Hydro test.
• Witnessing the Alignments of Pumps and motors.
• Ensure all the inspection quality plans, procedure codes and standards are being followed in the production activities
• Monitoring / Witnessing all the Welding, Fabrication & Erection related activities as per client approved Inspection & Test Plan/s, Quality Control procedures.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out safely & according to the company’s Quality, Health Safety & Procedures.
• Good coordination with the Engineering & construction team for any technical query and efficient progress of job.
Inspection of Heat Exchangers, Columns .
Inspection of welding joints.
Inspection of Blinding and de-Blinding of equipment and piping.
Witnessing Hydrotest.
• Coordination and liaising with owner /client for shutdown preparation and activities.
• Blinding and De-Blinding of Piping and Equipment as per the approved list.
• Close supervision, coordinating and Extraction of U Tube and straight tube bundles of exchangers, using Bundle puller.
• Inspection of U tube bundles for corrosion and witness NDE examination where required.
• Overhaul, servicing and inspection of Static Equipment.
• Servicing of various types of rotating equipment such as valves and pumps .
• Maintenance of all major static equipment’s like heat exchangers, fin fan coolers, columns, andessure vessels.
• Maintenance of high pressure shell and tube heat exchanger involving cleaning of fouled tubes with the help of high pressure pumps/ water jetting up to 20, 000 PSI pressure with the help of power lance and with the help of hydrokinetic method.
• Hydro testing for high pressure vessels and shell and tube heat Exchangers.
• Inspection of Fit up, Weld & Welding Consumables.
• Daily Monitoring and audit of welding consumables.
• Monitoring welding processes & all related parameters.
• Examine of Pre Heat, Post Heating (Hydrogen Diffusion) & Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT).
• Final handover of shutdown activities and documents
• Operation and Maintenance of ‘X’ mass tree valves.

• Obtain work permit from his supervisor, review work assigned & arrange for the necessary transport materials tools & equipment to complete the work.
• Production well testing.
• Oil/Gas and Water flow rate calculation.

• Well communication study.
• Well Activation, Annulus Pressure Bleed Off, Well Equalizations Well Build Up.
• Coordinates with control room operator for startup shut down.
• Collect oil and water samples for Quality Control according to agreed procedures and schedules.
Carrying out site inspection of Underground gas piping (Cross Country Pipe Line) for Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) Mumbai. As per API 1104.
Preparing Material Check-Sheets, Final Inspection & Testing Report & Material Rejection Report.
Inspecting incoming material as per the Quality plan & Work Instructions
Witness Hydro testing & Vendor inspection for BPCL project Carrying inspection activities for HPCL project of Submerge storage tank.
Preparing Bills of material, Calculating Men Hours required for finishing project and work Distribution accordingly
To check out Lowering, Trenching, Erection, Fabrication & Installation of pipes.
To Reviewing of Welding procedure specification (WPS, PQR & WPQ).
